Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy is issued by D&S Warehousing & Fulfillment Services, Inc. (“D&S,” “we,” or “us”), a Delaware corporation located at 730 Eastern Ave, Unit 091A, Malden, MA 02148, USA.
2. Scope
This policy applies to:
- our website, dswarehouse.com (including the Chinese and English versions); and
- the D&S Relabel System at relabel.dswarehouse.com (the “Relabel System”).
Goods and order data handled as part of our warehousing and fulfillment services are governed by the service agreement between us and the customer, not by this policy.
3. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Quote request form: company or store name, contact name, WeChat ID or phone number, email address, sales platforms, services needed, expected order volume, product categories, and any notes.
- Email, WeChat, and phone: what you share when you contact us.
- Relabel System accounts: name, email address, password (stored only in hashed form; we cannot see your password), and the warehouse the account belongs to.
Information collected automatically
- Access logs: when you visit our website, our hosting provider processes technical information such as IP address, browser type, and time of access to deliver pages and protect against attacks.
- Website analytics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure aggregate traffic and page performance. It does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors.
- Relabel System usage: the IP address and browser information of each sign-in; the identifier, computer name, and most recent signed-in account of each computer used (to enforce the licensed number of computers); the number of labels printed per computer per day (counts only); and records of your acceptance of the Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy (the version accepted and when).
Information we do not collect
Business files you load into the Relabel System, such as relabeling spreadsheets, label PDFs, and scan records, are not uploaded to our servers. They stay in the browser on your own computer, and we cannot see them.
4. How we use information
- to respond to inquiries and provide quotes and services;
- to create and manage Relabel System accounts and check licenses and computer counts;
- to measure usage for billing and product improvement;
- to keep our systems secure and prevent abuse, attacks, and fraud; and
- to comply with legal obligations.
We do not use your information for unrelated purposes, and we do not send you marketing messages without your consent.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:
- Service providers that process data on our behalf to provide their services to us:
- Cloudflare: website hosting, database, form email delivery, website analytics, and security;
- Microsoft: business email;
- Google: web fonts (Google receives your IP address when fonts load).
- Legal requirements: when required by a court or government authority under applicable law.
- Business transfers: if D&S is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, and the recipient must continue to honor this policy.
6. Cookies and local storage
- Website: we do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies to protect against attacks.
- Relabel System: we use a strictly necessary sign-in cookie to keep you signed in, and your browser’s local storage to hold your relabeling data and print settings. The system will not work if these are disabled.
- Clearing your browser data deletes the relabeling data stored on that computer. Please use the system’s backup feature regularly.
7. Where data is stored and international transfers
Your information is stored and processed in the United States and on our service providers’ servers around the world. If you use our website or services from China or any other country or region, by submitting information you consent to its transfer to and processing in those locations.
8. Retention

Where the law requires longer retention (for example, financial records), we keep information as the law requires.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including HTTPS encryption in transit, hashed password storage, sign-in rate limiting, separation of data between warehouses, and access limited to personnel who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If a data breach affects you, we will notify you as required by law.
10. Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days after verifying your identity. Deleting a Relabel System account ends access to the system.
11. Children
Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the effective date. We will notify Relabel System users of material changes by email or in the system.
